Yes, we had a soft launch in May/June earlier this year (2019). The feedback and orders we received were phenomenal. Namibians are amongst the best customers in the world. Aside from giving advice; they were patient, enthusiastic, thoughtful and most importantly appreciative. Yes, APPRECIATIVE – that is a rare characteristic to find in a customer, especially one who is paying for a product.
Although our products and systems were not perfect, the feedback from the customers was 99.999% positive and encouraging. We received orders at all sorts of hours and there was no place in Windhoek we did not deliver to; from Elisenheim to 7 de Laan, to Am Weigberg, Eros, UNAM, Rocky Crest – but to name a few.
Based on the above feedback, we spent the past 5 to 6 months improving our e-commerce platform functionality, processes and customer interaction.
